All the ornaments and objects used during the Liturgy and the celebration of Sacraments are exposed in this part of the Museum. Amongst the more important pieces you can admire: the little Throne and Urn of the Blessed Sacrament, in silver and copper, by Francesco Avellino, dated 1733; the majestic Canopy, once belonging to Bishop Oronzo Filomarini (1700 – 1741) who also donated most of the pieces on display in the Museum and in the Cathedral.

Precious liturgical vestments and a series of large paintings by Nicola and Carlo Malinconico, dating back to the 18th century, are exposed in the two bigger rooms originally used as the Seminary dormitories.

Several portraits of some of the Bishops of Gallipoli are displayed in the corridor.
